Join me in my kitchen in Long Ashton for the evening to make a seasonal gut friendly sauerkraut.

Drinks and nibbles will be provided including tasters of a selection of fermented goodies.


We will be making the sauerkraut together, talking through the fermentation process as we go. Learn skills that you can use with a variety of vegetables and flavourings at home.

You will go home with your own handmade jar of sauerkraut.


The group will be kept to a maximum of 6 people.
